Caregiver Assisted Living

Caregiver positions at Belmont Village Senior Living in Aliso Viejo, California, support residents in the Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Multiple shift schedules are available, including 6:30am-2:45pm Tuesday-Saturday, 6:30am-2:45pm Sunday/Monday, 6:30am-2:45pm Sunday-Tuesday, and 2:30pm-10:45pm Saturday-Monday.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing resident safety and well-being
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided, and report observed changes to supervisors
• Uphold standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• Completion of post-offer background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing
