Private Caregiver

This Private Caregiver position is with Belmont Village Senior Living at their Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Aventura, Florida. The role involves hands-on support for an assigned group of senior residents. Belmont Village operates luxury senior living communities across the United States and in Mexico City. A Certified Nursing Assistant license is not required, though applicants with one or with relevant caregiving experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents in the Assisted Living and Memory Care community
• Promote socialization and encourage participation in community activities while maintaining resident safety and well-being
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided, and report observed changes to supervisors promptly
• Maintain standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
