Dining Room Server

This Dining Room Server position is at Belmont Village Senior Living in Aventura, Florida. The role is based in an Independent and Assisted Living community with an on-site restaurant and involves evening shifts from 4pm to 8pm, including weekends and holidays as needed. Belmont Village operates multiple senior living communities across the United States and Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive dining service to assigned tables in the on-site restaurant
• Take orders accurately, offer menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
• Verify that orders are served at the correct temperature with proper presentation and accuracy
• Prepare and set up the dining room for service, ensuring flatware, condiments, and beverages are ready
• Assist with meal service during special events and celebrations in the community
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and assigned tables while meeting guest needs throughout each meal

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Knowledge of dining etiquette and prior restaurant server experience preferred
