Housekeeper

The Housekeeper role is based at Belmont Village Senior Living in Aventura, Florida, within a senior living community offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care programs. This position follows a Tuesday through Saturday schedule from 8am to 4:30pm and covers cleaning duties across resident apartments, bathrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas. The community operates 35 locations nationwide plus one in Mexico City.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in resident apartments and bathrooms through dusting, vacuuming, bed making, and spot-cleaning carpets
• Collect, wash, fold, and return resident laundry items to the correct resident on time
• Pick up and dispose of resident trash, remove waste, and replace trash can liners
• Keep administrative offices, hallways, and common spaces clean and sanitized, including dusting, vacuuming, and spot-cleaning carpets
• Clean and sanitize common area bathrooms thoroughly, restock supplies, and maintain a tidy appearance
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the community on a regular basis

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a housekeeper in hotels or residential care facilities
• Ability to work assigned shifts, which may include early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Conditional offer contingent on successful completion of state and federal criminal background check, drug screen, job-related physical, and TB test
