Director of Resident Care Services

This is the Director of Resident Care Services role at Belmont Village Senior Living Corporate in Atlanta, Georgia. The position is based in an assisted living and memory care community and includes oversight of clinical services with support from regional and corporate teams. The schedule requires flexibility for 24-hour operations, including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall compliance of clinical services and programs, including accuracy of medication administration
• Collaborate and facilitate communication with physician offices, ancillary services, responsible parties, and internal care teams to deliver resident care
• Complete timely resident assessments and develop and initiate care and service plans
• Support and assist with day-to-day care and clinical needs as required
• Conduct interviewing and hiring, evaluate employee performance, provide coaching and training, and delegate assignments for direct reports

Requirements

• Active LVN or LPN license
• Minimum two years of nursing managerial experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Living community
• Ability to work flexible schedules in a 24-hour operation, including weekends as needed
