Caregiver Assisted Living

This Caregiver position is with Belmont Village Senior Living at an Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Atlanta, Georgia. Full-time roles are available on 2nd and 3rd shifts, and part-time roles are available on 1st and 2nd shifts. The role provides direct care to senior residents without requiring a C.N.A. license, though applicants with that credential or equivalent experience are accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist an assigned group of residents with Activities of Daily Living in the Assisted Living and Memory Care setting.
• Support resident participation in community activities while maintaining safety and well-being standards.
• Record daily care services provided and report observed changes to supervisors.
• Maintain compliance with care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards.
• Deliver hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Prior experience as a primary caregiver or relevant care provider training.
