Concierge

The Concierge position is located at Belmont Village Senior Living in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. This role operates within a luxury senior living community and requires flexibility with varying shifts. The position serves as the initial point of contact for residents, family members, vendors, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors, and staff upon arrival
• Handle and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
• Respond to inquiries and requests while maintaining confidentiality
• Track incoming packages and coordinate their distribution
• Coordinate with departments to support internal communication
• Oversee visitor access through the kiosk sign-in system and follow emergency protocols
• Arrange resident transportation, outings, event reservations, and meal bookings, including event setup assistance
• Enter maintenance work orders into the electronic system
• Keep the workspace organized and presentable

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience operating a multi-line phone system with professional phone etiquette
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Administrative and organizational skills
