Caregiver Assisted Living

The Caregiver Assisted Living role is offered by Belmont Village Senior Living at its Buffalo Grove, Illinois community. This full-time and part-time position covers all shifts in an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting, with mandatory availability for weekends and holidays plus a 4 on 2 off rotation for full-time staff. Responsibilities

• Assist an assigned group of residents with Activities of Daily Living in the Assisted Living and Memory Care community
• Support resident socialization and participation in community activities while maintaining safety and well-being
• Document daily care and services in resident records and report observed changes to supervisors
• Maintain standards for care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• Certified Nursing Assistant license optional
