Enrichment Leader

This full-time Enrichment Leader role at Belmont Village Senior Living supports seniors with cognitive disabilities in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community located in Buffalo Grove, IL. The position follows a set schedule of Sunday through Thursday, 9am to 5:30pm, plus part-time Saturday hours, and centers on delivering structured therapeutic programming under the site's Whole Brain Fitness curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct small groups of cognitively impaired seniors through the site's therapeutic Whole Brain Fitness programs.
• Prepare activity materials and conduct research to deliver memory enrichment sessions.
• Assist with cognitive assessments, record resident participation trends, and maintain required compliance documentation.

Requirements

• Associate degree with coursework in Recreation Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of six months of experience leading group activities with a special needs population.
• Ability to work the defined schedule, including weekends as assigned.
