Caregiver Memory Care

This full-time Caregiver Memory Care role is located at Belmont Village Senior Living in Burbank, California. The position covers a 1st shift schedule of 6:30am to 3:00pm on a 4/2 rotation within an Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents in the Assisted Living and Memory Care community
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing resident safety and well-being
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided, and report any observed changes to supervisors
• Uphold standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed
• Prioritize hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction in all interactions

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• Ability to use company-issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job-related tasks
