Caregiver Assisted Living

This full-time Caregiver position at Belmont Village Senior Living in Burbank, California, supports seniors in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community on 1st shift from 6:30am to 3:00pm with a 4/2 rotation schedule. The role focuses on hands-on assistance with daily living activities for residents in a senior living setting. A CNA license is not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing resident safety and well-being
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided and report observed changes to supervisors
• Uphold standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• Able to effectively use company-issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job-related tasks
• Offers of employment contingent upon completion of post-offer screenings including background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing
