Caregiver Assisted Living

This Caregiver position is at Belmont Village Senior Living, an assisted living and memory care community in Encinitas, California. The role supports residents with daily activities on set full-time or part-time schedules with no rotation. Full-time shifts are 2:30pm-10:45pm and 10:30pm-7:00am; part-time shifts are 6:30am-2:45pm and 2:30pm-10:45pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist an assigned group of residents in the assisted living and memory care community with activities of daily living
• Support resident participation in community activities while maintaining safety and well-being
• Document daily care and services provided and report observed changes to supervisors
• Maintain standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• Ability to use company-issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job-related tasks
