Caregiver Memory Care

Belmont Village Senior Living operates an Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Encinitas, California. The Caregiver role covers full-time and part-time positions on fixed schedules without rotation, including the shifts 6:30am-2:45pm, 2:30pm-10:45pm, and 10:30pm-6:45am. Walk-in interviews occur every Wednesday from 1pm to 4pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist an assigned group of residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care with Activities of Daily Living
• Support resident participation in community activities while maintaining safety and well-being
• Record daily care services in documentation systems and report observed changes to supervisors
• Maintain standards for care delivery, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Provide direct assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care
• Deliver hospitality and resident satisfaction during all interactions

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Prior experience as a primary caregiver or equivalent care provider training
• Proficiency using company-issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job tasks
• Successful completion of post-offer screenings including background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing
