Dining Room Server

The Dining Room Server role at Belmont Village Senior Living is based in Cardiff, California, within an Assisted Living community. The position is available in full-time and part-time capacities with shifts scheduled from 6:00am to 2:00pm on varying days. Weekend and holiday availability is required, and compensation is set at $19 per hour with no tips.

Responsibilities

• Deliver table service to assigned sections in the on-site restaurant during regular meals and community events
• Record orders accurately, suggest menu items, and serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper temperature and presentation
• Prepare the dining area before service by arranging flatware, condiments, and beverages
• Support meal service during special events and celebrations held at the community
• Keep the dining room and individual tables clean while addressing resident needs during meals

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Prior restaurant server experience preferred
• Knowledge of dining etiquette preferred
