Private Caregiver

Private Caregiver positions are available at Belmont Village Senior Living in Encinitas, California, within an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Roles are offered on full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules across AM, PM, and NOC shifts. The facility is part of a multi-location senior living operator with programs developed in collaboration with universities including UC San Diego.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing resident safety and well-being
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided, and report observed changes to supervisors
• Uphold standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• Ability to effectively use company-issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job-related tasks
• Offers of employment contingent upon completion of post-offer screenings including background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing
