Dishwasher

This Dishwasher role is at Belmont Village Senior Living, a luxury senior living community operator, in Coral Gables, Florida. The position supports the dining service program through kitchen sanitation, equipment cleaning, and food safety compliance in a senior living setting. Shifts include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine and perform all kitchen cleaning and sanitizing tasks, including equipment cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and appliance maintenance
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food and equipment to meet health and safety standards
• Assist cooks with non-food preparation tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen and dish room environment
• Assist with stocking after food deliveries

Requirements

• Minimum age of 17 years
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience with cleaning standards in commercial food operations
• Availability to work assigned shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Successful completion of State and Federal criminal background check, drug screen, job-related physical, and TB test as a condition of employment
