Caregiver Assisted Living

Full-time and part-time Caregiver positions with set schedules are available at Belmont Village Senior Living in Sherman Oaks, California. The role supports residents in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Caregivers work with an assigned group of seniors and use company-issued electronic devices for documentation and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living in the Assisted Living and Memory Care setting
• Support resident participation in community activities while maintaining safety and well-being
• Record daily care services in required documentation and report changes to supervisors
• Maintain standards for care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Provide assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant care provider training
• Proficiency with company-issued tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job tasks
• Completion of post-offer screenings including background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing
