Caregiver Memory Care

Caregiver Memory Care positions are available on set full-time and part-time schedules at Belmont Village Senior Living in Sherman Oaks, California. The role supports seniors in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community, with duties focused on hands-on assistance for daily living activities and resident safety. The site operates within a multi-location senior living organization that maintains programs across independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care
• Promote resident participation in community activities while maintaining safety and well-being
• Document daily care and services provided and report observed changes to supervisors
• Maintain standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Deliver hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• Proficiency using company-issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job tasks
• Completion of post-offer background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing
