Dishwasher

This Dishwasher position is located at Belmont Village Senior Living in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The role supports dining services within a senior living community by managing all kitchen sanitation and ensuring equipment, dishes, and utensils remain clean and ready for use. The schedule requires availability for early morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine and perform cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen equipment, appliances, floors, and surfaces
• Store and handle food and equipment in compliance with health and safety standards
• Assist with non-food preparation tasks for cooks as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dish room environment
• Stock supplies following food deliveries

Requirements

• Minimum age of 17 years
• Prior experience with cleaning standards in commercial food operations
• Availability to work assigned shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Successful completion of State and Federal criminal background check, drug screen, job-related physical, and TB test as conditions of employment
