Assisted Living Caregiver

Assisted Living Caregiver positions are available at Belmont Village Senior Living in Carol Stream, Illinois. The role supports residents in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community on a 4-on-2-off rotation that includes weekends and holidays. First shift runs 6:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.; second shift runs 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. A Certified Nursing Assistant license is not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing resident safety and well-being
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided; promptly report observed changes to supervisors
• Uphold standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• Willingness to work the 4-on-2-off schedule including weekends and holidays
