Dementia Caregiver

This full-time and part-time Dementia Caregiver role at Belmont Village Senior Living is based in Glenview, Illinois, and supports residents in the company's Memory Care and Assisted Living communities. All shifts are available. The position centers on hands-on assistance for seniors in a luxury senior living setting without requiring a C.N.A. license.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care
• Support resident participation in community activities while maintaining safety and well-being
• Document daily care services and report observed changes to supervisors
• Maintain standards for care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Deliver hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
