Shuttle Driver

Part-time Shuttle Driver role at Belmont Village Senior Living in Glenview, Illinois. The position covers Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays with no CDL required. The driver transports residents of the senior living community to appointments and outings in company vehicles including wheelchair-accessible vans and buses.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely in compliance with all applicable laws and ordinances
• Assist residents entering and exiting vehicles, including operation of mechanical wheelchair lifts
• Perform day-to-day upkeep and preventative maintenance on company vehicles, including fueling and scheduling service appointments
• Support scheduled resident activities as needed
• Provide backup coverage for receptionist or concierge duties as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
