Community Relations Sales Assistant

The Community Relations Sales Assistant role is based at Belmont Village Senior Living Corporate in Glenview, Illinois. Belmont Village operates luxury senior living communities that include Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. This position provides administrative support to the Community Relations Sales team and coordinates move-in logistics for incoming residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Manage resident files and maintain apartment inventory and readiness lists
• Perform data entry and organizational support for internal systems and special events
• Coordinate move-in logistics with future residents and families, including room readiness verification
• Address move-in delays or issues by engaging appropriate internal stakeholders
• Orient new residents and families with follow-up to complete the transition process
• Collaborate across departments to handle pre- and post-move-in requirements
• Perform prospect follow-up phone calls and support special events
• Provide backup coverage for prospect community tours as needed

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
• Professional telephone etiquette
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Ability to work the defined schedule, which may include weekends
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and workplace technology
