Dining Room Server

Dining Room Server positions are open at Belmont Village Senior Living, an assisted living community located in Glenview, Illinois. Both full-time and part-time roles are available. Full-time schedules require availability for shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with varying days and mandatory weekend flexibility. Part-time schedules run from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with varying days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive table service to assigned tables in the on-site restaurant and support special event service within the assisted living community.
• Record orders accurately, provide menu suggestions, and serve food and beverages on time while maintaining correct temperature and presentation.
• Set up the dining room before service, ensuring flatware, condiments, and beverages remain stocked.
• Keep the dining room and assigned tables clean and address guest needs during meals.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Knowledge of dining etiquette and prior restaurant server experience preferred.
