Assisted Living Caregiver

Belmont Village Senior Living seeks full-time and part-time Caregivers for its Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Glenview, Illinois. The role covers 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with weekend availability. A Certified Nursing Assistant license is not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist an assigned group of residents with activities of daily living in the Assisted Living and Memory Care setting
• Encourage participation in community activities while maintaining resident safety
• Record daily care services and report observed changes to supervisors
• Maintain standards for care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Provide direct support with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care when needed

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Prior experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
