Concierge

This part-time Concierge role is located at Belmont Village Senior Living in Glenview, Illinois. The position follows a Tuesday through Saturday schedule from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and is based in a luxury senior living community where the concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, family members, vendors, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors, and staff at the front desk
• Route incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
• Handle inquiries, requests, and confidential matters with discretion
• Log incoming packages and coordinate their distribution
• Coordinate with departments to support internal communication
• Oversee kiosk sign-in procedures for community access and follow emergency response protocols
• Arrange resident transportation, trips, event reservations, and guest meals
• Enter maintenance work orders into the electronic system
• Keep the workspace organized and presentable

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience operating a multi-line phone system
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Clear verbal and written communication in English
