LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

This full-time LPN position is located at a Belmont Village Senior Living Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Nashville, Tennessee. The role operates on a 6:30am-7:00pm schedule with required weekend availability and involves direct clinical support for residents in these settings. The LPN reports to physicians and families on changes of condition while overseeing medication technicians and care providers.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on physicians' orders, coordinate services with ancillary providers, and report changes of condition or other clinical information to physicians and families
• Administer medications to an assigned group of residents according to physicians' orders and document any adverse reactions or clinical observations
• Oversee tasks of medication technicians and care providers to ensure resident care and service plans are followed
• Update and review resident medical records, clinical documentation, and incident reports

Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state where the community is located
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
• One year of medication administration experience preferred
• Intermediate computer and mobile device skills
