Server Waitstaff

The Dining Room Server role is offered at Belmont Village Green Hills, a senior living community in Nashville, Tennessee. Full-time positions follow a 10:30am-7:00pm schedule with varying days that include weekends, while PRN positions require flexible availability across days and shifts with mandatory weekend coverage. Service takes place in the on-site restaurant serving residents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive dining service to assigned tables in the on-site restaurant
• Take orders accurately, provide menu recommendations, and serve food and beverages promptly
• Verify that orders reach tables at the correct temperature with accurate presentation
• Set up the dining room before service, ensuring flatware, condiments, and beverages remain stocked
• Support meal service during community events and celebrations
• Keep the dining room and assigned tables clean while meeting resident needs during meals

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Knowledge of dining etiquette
• Prior restaurant server experience preferred
