Caregiver Memory Care

The Caregiver Memory Care role is a full-time overnight position at Belmont Village Senior Living in Los Angeles, California. The schedule runs 10:30pm to 7:00am on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community serving senior residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist an assigned group of residents with Activities of Daily Living in the Assisted Living and Memory Care community
• Support resident socialization and participation in community activities while maintaining safety and well-being
• Document daily care services and report observed changes to supervisors
• Maintain standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• Ability to use company-issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job-related tasks
• Completion of post-offer pre-employment screenings including background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing
