Assisted Living Caregiver

The Assisted Living Caregiver role at Belmont Village Senior Living operates in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Houston, Texas. This full-time position covers either the 6:30am-2:45pm or 2:30pm-10:45pm shift. The caregiver provides hands-on support to senior residents in these settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents in the Assisted Living and Memory Care community
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while maintaining resident safety and well-being
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided, and report observed changes to supervisors
• Uphold standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• Certified Nursing Assistant license (optional, not required)
