Enrichment Leader Senior Living

The position centers on planning and leading activities under the site's memory enrichment program curriculum and follows a schedule that may include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and teach small groups of cognitively impaired seniors in therapeutic Whole Brain Fitness programs.
• Prepare materials and conduct research to deliver memory enrichment activities.
• Assist with cognitive assessments, track resident participation trends, and maintain compliance documentation.

Requirements

• Associates Degree with coursework in Recreation Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of six months leading group activities with a special needs population.
• Ability to work the defined schedule, which may include weekends.
