Caregiver Assisted Living

Belmont Village Senior Living operates luxury senior living communities and is hiring a Caregiver for its Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Suwanee, Georgia. The full-time role follows a 2nd shift schedule of 3p-11p plus every other weekend, with PRN on-call shifts also available. The position involves hands-on support for seniors in a fast-paced, physically active setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents in the Assisted Living and Memory Care community
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing resident safety and well-being
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided, and promptly report observed changes to supervisors
• Uphold standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• Physical capability to perform in a fast-paced, active position
