Caregiver Dementia

This Caregiver Dementia role is with Belmont Village Senior Living at the Johns Creek community in Suwanee, Georgia. The position supports residents in assisted living and memory care settings. A hiring event takes place on Tuesday, May 26th, 2026, from 11am to 4pm at 315 Johns Creek Pkwy, Suwanee, GA 30024.

Responsibilities

• Assist an assigned group of residents with activities of daily living in the assisted living and memory care community
• Encourage participation in community activities while maintaining resident safety and well-being
• Record daily care and services in resident documentation and report observed changes to supervisors
• Maintain standards for care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Provide direct assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as required

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• CNA license not required, though applicants holding one are welcome
