Caregiver Memory Care

This Caregiver Memory Care role is with Belmont Village Senior Living at their San Diego, California community. The position supports residents in both Assisted Living and Memory Care settings on rotating schedules that include weekends and holidays. Full-time schedules follow a 4 days on/2 days off pattern across shifts of 6:30am-2:30pm, 2:30pm-10:30pm, or 10:30pm-6:30am, while part-time follows a 2 days on/4 days off pattern.

Responsibilities

• Assist an assigned group of residents with Activities of Daily Living in the Assisted Living and Memory Care community
• Support resident socialization and participation in community activities while maintaining safety and well-being
• Document daily care services and report observed changes to supervisors
• Maintain standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• Ability to use company-issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job-related tasks
• Completion of post-offer background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing
