Caregiver Assisted Living

Full-time and part-time Caregiver positions are open at Belmont Village Senior Living in San Diego, California. These roles support residents in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community on rotating schedules that include weekends and holidays. Available shifts are 6:30am-2:30pm, 2:30pm-10:30pm, and 10:30pm-6:30am, with full-time following a 4-days-on/2-days-off pattern and part-time following a 2-days-on/4-days-off pattern. Walk-in interviews are held every Tuesday from 12pm-3pm and Thursday from 10am-12pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist an assigned group of senior residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Support resident participation in community activities while maintaining safety and well-being.
• Record daily care services provided and report observed changes to supervisors.
• Maintain standards for care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as required.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Prior experience as a primary caregiver or equivalent training as a care provider.
• Proficiency using company-issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job tasks.
• Completion of post-offer screenings including background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing.
