Dishwasher

Part-time dishwasher positions are available at Belmont Village Senior Living in San Diego, California. The roles support dining services in a senior living community with two schedule options: Sunday 7am-3pm and Monday/Tuesday 12pm-8:30pm, or Thursday/Friday/Saturday 4pm-9pm and Sunday/Monday 12pm-8:30pm. Walk-in interviews are held Tuesdays 12pm-3pm and Thursdays 10am-12pm.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks in the kitchen, including operating the dish machine, cleaning equipment, sweeping and mopping floors, and maintaining appliances
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food and equipment to meet health and safety standards
• Assist cooks with non-food preparation tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen and dish room environment
• Assist with stocking following food deliveries

Requirements

• Must be at least 17 years of age
• Experience with cleaning standards in a commercial food operations
• Ability to work assigned shifts including early morning, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
