Caregiver Memory Care

This full-time Caregiver Memory Care role at Belmont Village Senior Living supports residents in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community located in Lakeway, Texas. The position follows a 2:30pm-10:45pm shift on a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Pay ranges from $19-20 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents in the Assisted Living and Memory Care community
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing resident safety and well-being
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided, and report observed changes to supervisors
• Uphold standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• Ability to effectively use company-issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job-related tasks
• Offers of employment contingent on completion of post-offer screenings including background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing
