Caregiver Assisted Living

This full-time Caregiver role at Belmont Village Senior Living supports residents in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community located in Lakeway, Texas. The position follows set shifts of 6:30am-2:45pm or 2:30pm-10:45pm and requires every other weekend. Walk-in interviews are held every Monday from 10am-12pm. A C.N.A. license is not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing resident safety and well-being
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided, reporting observed changes to supervisors
• Uphold standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed
• Deliver hospitality and customer service focused on resident satisfaction in every interaction

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• Ability to use company-issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job-related tasks
• Completion of post-offer screenings including background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing
