Enrichment Leader

The Enrichment Leader role at Belmont Village Senior Living in San Jose, California supports residents in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This full-time position follows a Tuesday through Saturday schedule from 9:00am to 5:30pm and centers on delivering a structured memory enrichment program for seniors with cognitive disabilities. The position operates within one of the company's luxury senior living communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct small groups of cognitively impaired seniors through therapeutic Whole Brain Fitness programs.
• Prepare activity materials and perform research to deliver engaging memory enrichment sessions.
• Assist with cognitive assessments, document resident participation trends, and maintain compliance records.

Requirements

• Associate degree with coursework in Recreation Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of six months experience leading group activities for a special needs population.
• Ability to work the Tuesday-Saturday 9:00am-5:30pm schedule, including weekends as required.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English.
