LPN Licensed Practical Nurse - SIGN ON BONUS

LPN or LVN positions are open at Belmont Village Senior Living in Memphis, Tennessee, within an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Available schedules include full-time Monday-Thursday 10:30 p.m.-7 a.m., full-time Friday-Sunday 6:30 p.m.-7 a.m., and PRN weekends Friday-Sunday 6:30 a.m.-7 p.m. or 6:30 p.m.-7 a.m. A sign-on bonus of $1,000 for full-time hires and $500 for PRN hires is offered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate follow-up on physician orders with ancillary providers and report changes in resident condition or other clinical information to physicians and families
• Administer medications to an assigned group of residents per physician orders, document any adverse reactions or observations, and notify appropriate parties
• Oversee Medication Technicians and care providers to confirm resident care and service plans are executed accurately
• Update resident medical records, clinical documentation, and incident reports

Requirements

• Active LVN or LPN license in Tennessee
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
• One year of medication administration experience preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Intermediate computer and mobile device skills
