Assisted Living Caregiver

Belmont Village Senior Living operates an Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Oak Park, Illinois. The full-time Assisted Living Caregiver role covers 1st and 2nd shifts and requires availability for weekends and holidays as scheduled. Pay is $18.50 per hour for CNAs; a CNA license is not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents in the Assisted Living and Memory Care community
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while maintaining resident safety and well-being
• Document daily care and services provided and report observed changes to supervisors
• Maintain standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Assist with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• Availability for 1st and 2nd shifts including weekends and holidays
