Belmont Village Senior Living seeks full-time and part-time Dining Room Servers for its assisted living community in Oak Park, Illinois. The roles involve table service in an on-site restaurant and support for special events and celebrations. Positions are non-tipped, with varying shifts that require availability on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive table service to assigned tables in the on-site restaurant to support a positive dining experience.
• Take orders accurately, provide menu recommendations, and serve food and beverages promptly with correct temperature and presentation.
• Set up the dining room before service, ensuring flatware, condiments, and beverages are prepared and stocked.
• Assist with meal service during special events and community celebrations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and assigned tables while meeting guest needs during meals.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Knowledge of dining etiquette and prior restaurant server experience preferred.
