Caregiver Memory Care

This full-time Caregiver position in Memory Care is offered by Belmont Village Senior Living at its Rancho Palos Verdes, California community. The role supports residents in both assisted living and memory care settings on a 4-days-on, 2-days-off rotation with a starting rate of $20 per hour and required weekend availability. Open interviews are scheduled for Wednesday, August 26th from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM; walk-ins are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist an assigned group of senior residents with activities of daily living in the assisted living and memory care community
• Encourage socialization and participation in community activities while maintaining resident safety and well-being
• Document daily care and services provided, maintaining accurate records and reporting observed changes to supervisors
• Maintain standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed
• Deliver customer service focused on resident satisfaction during all interactions

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• Ability to use company-issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job-related tasks
• Offers of employment contingent on completion of post-offer screenings including job-related background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing
