Caregiver Memory Care

The Memory Care Caregiver role at Belmont Village Senior Living is based in San Diego, California, and supports seniors residing in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Full-time positions follow a 6:30am-2:45pm schedule on a 4 days on/2 days off rotating pattern that includes weekends and holidays. Part-time schedules include 6:30am-2:45pm or 2:30pm-10:45pm on a 2 days on/4 days off rotation, plus Friday and Saturday shifts from 10:30am-7:00pm or 10:30pm-7:00am.

Responsibilities

• Assist an assigned group of residents with activities of daily living in the Assisted Living and Memory Care community
• Encourage resident participation in community activities while maintaining safety and well-being
• Record daily care services accurately and report any observed changes to supervisors promptly
• Maintain compliance with safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards
• Deliver hands-on support with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care when required

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
