Caregiver Assisted Living

Part-time Caregiver role at Belmont Village Senior Living in San Diego, California. The position supports seniors residing in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community on a 6:00am-11:30am schedule with a rotating 4 days on/2 days off pattern that includes weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist an assigned group of residents with Activities of Daily Living
• Support resident participation in community activities while maintaining safety and well-being
• Document daily care services and report observed changes to supervisors
• Follow standards for care quality, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Provide hands-on help with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
