Caregiver Assisted Living

The Caregiver role at Belmont Village Senior Living supports seniors residing in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community in San Jose, California. This position provides direct assistance with daily living tasks for residents in a senior living setting. Open interviews are held on Wednesday, September 2nd, 2026, from 11:30am to 3:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist an assigned group of residents with Activities of Daily Living in the Assisted Living and Memory Care community
• Support resident participation in community activities while maintaining safety and well-being
• Record daily care services provided and report observed changes to supervisors
• Maintain standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Deliver hands-on help with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as required

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Prior experience as a primary caregiver or relevant care provider training
• Completion of post-offer background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing
