Caregiver Memory Care

The Memory Care Caregiver role is with Belmont Village Senior Living in San Jose, California. This position supports seniors residing in the Assisted Living and Memory Care community and operates as part of a collaborative care team. Open interviews are scheduled for Wednesday, September 2nd, 2026, from 11:30am to 3:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist an assigned group of residents with Activities of Daily Living in the Assisted Living and Memory Care setting.
• Encourage participation in community activities while maintaining resident safety and well-being.
• Document daily care services provided, maintain accurate records, and report observed changes to supervisors promptly.
• Follow standards for care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as required.
• Prioritize resident satisfaction in all interactions.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.
• Ability to use company-issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job-related tasks.
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Offers of employment contingent on completion of post-offer screenings including background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing.
