Server

This Server role at Belmont Village Senior Living is located in San Ramon, California, within an Assisted Living community. Part-time shifts run Friday through Monday from 4:00pm to 8:00pm, while full-time shifts run Saturday through Wednesday from 7:00am to 3:00pm. The position involves providing table service in the on-site restaurant and at community events in a non-tipped capacity. Responsibilities

• Provide attentive table service to assigned tables in the on-site restaurant to support a positive dining experience.
• Take orders accurately, offer menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Verify that orders are served at the correct temperature with proper presentation and accuracy.
• Set up the dining room for service, ensuring flatware, condiments, and beverages are prepared.
• Assist with meal service during special events and celebrations in the community.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and assigned tables while meeting guest needs during meals.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of dining etiquette and prior restaurant server experience is preferred.
