Caregiver Memory Care

Part-time Caregiver positions at Belmont Village Senior Living in Sunnyvale, California, cover the 6:30am-2:45pm shift on Sunday through Tuesday. Full-time positions cover the 2:30pm-10:45pm shift on Wednesday through Saturday. The role supports residents in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community and involves direct assistance with daily living needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care
• Promote socialization and encourage participation in community activities while maintaining resident safety
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided, and report observed changes to supervisors
• Uphold standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
• Completion of post-offer background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing
