Enrichment Leader

This Enrichment Leader position is with Belmont Village Senior Living at its Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Sunnyvale, California. The role operates on a fixed schedule of 8:30am-5:00pm Sunday through Thursday and focuses on delivering structured activities for residents with cognitive impairments. The position follows a defined therapeutic curriculum within a senior living setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct small groups of cognitively impaired seniors in Whole Brain Fitness programs
• Prepare activity materials and conduct research to deliver memory enrichment sessions
• Assist with cognitive assessments, track resident participation trends, and maintain required compliance documentation

Requirements

• Associates Degree with coursework in Recreation Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of six months experience leading group activities with a special needs population
• Ability to work the defined Sunday-Thursday schedule, which may include weekends
• Clear verbal and written communication in English
